What is a fanlisting?
A fanlisting is a web clique that lists fans of a particular subject. Unlike most web cliques, a person does not need a web site in order to join. Fans from around the world submit their information to their approved fanlisting and they are then listed to show their love for the subject.

Dio & Lucciola
Spoilers ahead!
Dio and Lucciola are part of the Guild. Dio is Delphine's younger brother, and Lucciola is his servant. Lucciola was given to Dio by his sister as a gift when they were children, and growing up together they had to act as they were expected - as a master and his servant. In reality, Dio considered Lucciola his best friend, but this had to be kept a secret due to Delphine's possessiveness, jealousy, and the expectation of servants knowing nothing more than to listen and obey anything they are ordered to do. Growing up, the two had nothing but each other, and Dio's dream was nothing more than to be free from his sister. In the series they interact with the protagonists and eventually wish to stay with them in hopes of their goal of taking Delphine down coming true. But they're unfortunately forced back home, and in order to protect Dio and set him free, Lucciola acts independently against Delphine herself, giving up his life for Dio, who he proudly declares his friend.

The two have always been extremely close since childhood. When Lucciola would be punished and forced not to eat, Dio would secretly bring him food, and from that early easily declared the two of them friends. In a home where happiness was scarce and the fear of Delphine loomed around every corner and in every shadow, they had to hide thier friendship lest Dio be punished and Lucciola killed; servants in the Guild were born and raised for absolute loyalty, and any showing signs of friendship, or other emotions that could potentially be a hazard to Delphine were disposed of. A friend is all that Dio ever wanted, which is why Lucciola is precious to him. Dio gave him his name, which means "firefly" in Italian, his reason for that being because fireflies glow to communicate and make friends/find mates. So in always wishing to know the things on Lucciola's mind and in his heart, Dio wishes for him to "glow" in the same way a firefly does. Even when they're older, Dio tries to encourage him to let his feelings show on his face when they're alone. They're virtually inseparable and always have been, and their importance to each other shows not only in Lucciola' noble sacrifice for the sake of their friendship and for Dio's freedom, but Dio leaves the navigation seat in his vanship empty, never wishing for anybody else to sit there because it always was and always will be Lucciola place.

Layout
This layout was made using official artwork by Range Murata, this one particularly featured in a number of the Last Exile artbooks. It was hard for me to choose because all of the artwork featuring these two is absolutely adorable. The name Skyward was chosen because all of the characters in Last Exile fly-- and long to be in the sky. Dio in particular not only wants to fly, but wants to fly in a sky that's free of his sister's rule, alongside the people he cares about, especially Lucciola. So in having that wish, Dio in a way is looking "skyward" for a future that he longs for.
