Delphine Eraclea (24 years old)
The highest authority of the Guild known as the Maestro, and Dio's sister.
10 years ago, using Cicada as her confidant, she aimed to kill the 4 families of the Guild, taking the position of Maestro. Concurrently with performing an internal reform of the Guild, she created her own system with very thorough instructions. Originally, this reform was something considered by the then-present head of the Eracela family, but since he had gone off somewhere, the truth of this is unknown.
Her personality is selfish and egotistical. Her behavior is led by her own whims, and she believes that all of the world belongs to her.
She seized most of the world's science and technology, except the Claudia Units of the Silvana and Urbanus, and because she pulled everything under her control, she has tremendous power.
She is happy with her own epicurean life, not finding value in life other than her own. Her favorite flower is the red rose.
