Delphine (Young girl)
At the mere age of 15, Delphine caused a storm of bloodbaths inside the Guild, seizing control of it.

Alex, who was hit by the self-defense devices of a Guild battleship, was watched expressly by her with her vulgar tastes, which never changed from this point in time.

She also favored red roses at this age.

Cicada (31 years old)
A close aide in Delphine's entourage.

For Delphine's aides, their classes are divided by the colors they wear. Lorica wears black and is the highest ranking, followed by the gray-wearing Scutum, and then Aspis in white.

Cicada is the only one appointed to Lorica, possessing the strongest body and martial arts skills in the Guild.

Although he seems level-headed and always has an air of calm around him, he is inherently a violent person, and uses his strong will due to his loyalty to the Guild to hold that down. In order to maintain the Guild's system, he will perform any action, even hostily eliminating his own siblings without hesitation.

Delphine calls Lucciola and Cicada "brothers," based on the fact that the two are from the same genetic base. Therefore, there's only a thin feeling of real consciousness about being brothers, and there is also the fact that his and Lucciola's attention are on other things.

Cicada and Lucciola were both born in the Guild, their existences to be the absolute best aides created with genetic manipulation from the very start.

In addition, there are two ways to become a Guild member.

One is simply being born in the Guild. The other is through an educational institute on the ground operated by the Guild (these are educational institutes other than schools or academys for the aristocracy, as these are Guild operated only) where only excellence is to be determined, and just those are selected from there.

In the latter case, those transferred to the Guild from the ground become trainees, identified as apprentices, and receive hands-on training and education of unit management. Those who are more determined to move up can participate in a pledge ritual at the age of 17.

Those who fail the pledge ritual are put through conditioning that cuts off all but mechanical thinking, and become unit managers.

Additionally, the clothes of the aides beneath Cicada can also become a pilot suit. That is to say, among Guild members who are close aides to Delphine and Dio are all pilots of Guild aircrafts.

It should be noted, Dio's rank is not one that primarily wears white clothes, he wears them because he personally selected it due to his preference. Originally, the white outfit reflects a position beneath most of the other aides, so currently, Dio's aides are recognized as "those who wear white."
